Soft, gooey, golden cinnamon roll bites baked in a loaf tin, dusted with cinnamon sugar, drizzled with smooth icing and finished with a drizzle of caramel sauce

Here's how you can make the ultimate bite sized, sticky, cinnamony bites, in a loaf tin!

Super easy, these are made using the cinnamon bun mix, cut into bite sized pieces and packed closely together, so they rise into a soft and fluffy cinnamon bite loaf that you can pull apart. The edges bake slightly golden and the centres stay soft and gooey.

As they bake, the cinnamon filling melts into the mini cinnamon bites, creating sticky pockets of rich cinnamon throughout. Once out of the oven, they're finished with smooth white icing from the kit, drizzled whilst still warm so it melts into every gap, then topped with caramel sauce for extra indulgence.

These are simple, comforting and incredibly moreish. Perfect for sharing, serving warm or slicing and enjoying like a cinnamon roll loaf.

Serves: 2-3

Prep time: 30 minutes

Bake: 12 minutes

Ingredients

🍞 1 x M&S Cinnamon Bun Mix

🥚 1 Egg, beaten

🧈 50g Butter, room temp

🥛 175ml Warm Milk

🍯 1 tbsp M&S Salted Caramel Sauce

🧈 40g Butter, melted (for coating)

🍬 Cinnamon Sugar

💧 Icing Sugar & Milk (for drizzle

Method

Empty the packet mix into a large mixing bowl, add your egg, soft butter and warm milk and mix well with a fork.

The mixture will be sticky, sprinkle some flour on your work surface and knead the dough until it becomes smooth.

Pop in a bowl, cover with a plate and leave for 2 hours to double in size in a warm spot.

Preheat your oven to 170 fan.

Divide your dough into small balls, by eye or 24g per ball.

In a small bowl add 40g melted butter and in a second small bowl add your cinnamon sugar. Dip each ball in the butter then roll in the cinnamon sugar.

Place a single layer of coated balls into your loaf tin.

Any sugar and butter left, mix together and pour over the top of the dough balls.

Bake for 12 minutes.

Warm a tablespoon of salted caramel and mix your icing sugar with a couple of teaspoons of milk and drizzle both over the top of your warm cinnamon roll bites. Grab a fork and enjoy!
