This chocolate chip cookie tiramisu is playful, indulgent and utterly irresistible! Milk and cookies, reimagined as a creamy, dreamy tiramisu!
Every spoonful is all about the layers! Soft cookies, fluffy cream and chocolate chips that just melt together. The soft chocolate chip cookies soak up just enough of the creamy milk, giving each bite a soft, melt in the mouth base. The mascarpone and condensed milk cream is silky, rich and smooth, filling the spoon with a delicious sweetness.
Hidden in the middle is a rich Belgian chocolate sauce drizzle, cutting through the creamy layers with a hit of rich chocolate you didn't know you needed.
The double layer of deliciousness is topped with a generous sprinkle of crushed up cookies across the top, with mini chocolate chip cookies for decoration.

Ingredients
🍪 M&S Chocolate Chip Cookies
🍪 M&S Mini Chocolate Chip Cookies
🍫 M&S Belgian Chocolate Sauce
🥛 250g M&S Mascarpone
🥛 300ml M&S Double Cream
🥛 80ml Condensed Milk
🌿 1 teaspoon Vanilla Paste
🧁 2 teaspoons Icing Sugar
🥛 250ml Milk with 2 teaspoons of condensed milk
Method
Take the mascarpone out the fridge and allow it to come to room temperature for 15 minutes. In a bowl whisk together the mascarpone and condensed milk.
In a mixing bowl whisk the double cream, icing sugar and vanilla to soft peaks.
Add a spoon of the cream to the mascarpone and fold in. Then add all the mascarpone mixture to the double cream and fold together with a spatula.
In a small bowl mix 2 teaspoons of condensed milk into the milk. Dunk the cookies into the mixture and place a single layer in your serving dish.
Add half the cream mixture in spoonfuls and smooth over with a spatula.
Drizzle with chocolate sauce.
Add a second layer of dunked milk cookies.
Spoon over the remaining cream and smooth over the top with a spatula.
Crush 2 cookies for a cookie sprinkle and decorate with mini cookies.
Pop in the fridge for a couple of hours before serving. Enjoy!
